Items needed for Single Meal Recipe: ¼ Cup Rice, 4.5 oz Boneless Chicken Breast, 1 Cup Romaine Lettuce, 1.5 oz
Avocado, 1 tbsp Shredded Parmesan Cheese, 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
Items you should keep on-hand: Avocado Oil Spray, Salad Dressing and Pure Butter
Directions:
Cook Rice
Cover cutting board with plastic wrap. Place chicken on top of wrap and cover with another sheet of plastic
wrap
Pound out chicken, flip, and pound out other side. Remove top sheet of plastic wrap and set wrap aside
Spray chicken with “Chosen Avocado Oil Spray. Season to taste with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
Re-cover with plastic wrap and flip. Spray with oil and repeat seasoning same as above
Set Chicken aside and pre-heat Air Fryer
Shred one cup of Romaine Lettuce, Slice 1.5 oz Avocado and put both in a small mixing bowl
Add 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds and add 1 tbsp Shredded Parmesan cheese
Set aside
I Air Fry my chicken at 350 for approximately 3 mins on each side
While the chicken is cooking, melt 10g of butter
Mix 2 tbsp of Olive Garden “Light Italian” Salad Dressing into salad and mix
Prep your plate with the rice and salad
When chicken is finished, place on top of rice and pour melted butter over both the chicken and rice
Enjoy!
